When it comes to her diet, Arkhipchenko says that she tries to eat healthy. She says that her meals for the day depend on what type of workout or how much exercises she's doing each day. "I adjust the amounts of ingredients in each meal based on my macro goals for the day," she tells Life & Style. "If it's a day when I can have more carbs, I make more sweet potatoes/lentils/or eat a couple more rice cakes. If it's a lower-carb day, I do the opposite or switch higher-carb foods with something lower in carbs."

Arkhipchenko makes sure to get a lot of protein in her diet. She says that she likes to make protein-rich meals to eat. However, on days where she can't cook as much, she enjoys a protein shake. "Some days when I'm too lazy to cook a whole meal, I have a protein shake instead, but most of the time I'm able to hit my macros without it," she says to Life & Style.

Arkhipchenko opened up about her weight loss and health journey in an interview with E! News. She says that her diet went through a lot of changes when she moved to the U.S. "I've actually been skinny my whole life, but when I moved to the United States I gained about 15 to 20 pounds. The food here is different from the way I used to eat in Russia. In Russia, I would eat home-cooked meals but here I would go out to eat a lot. And I wasn't really controlling it, I was eating everything." However, Arkhipchenko was able to make a big healthy change to her lifestyle. "I just reduced my portion size," she explains.

One of the ways Arkhipchenko lost weight was by introducing cardio workouts into her fitness routine. She tells E! News that she aims to do a cardio session as often as she can. She also says that she loves to use gym equipment to do this. "I was doing the elliptical or the treadmill five or six times a week for 30-40 minutes," she says.

One of the reasons Arkhipchenko was inspired to live a healthier lifestyle was her desire to compete in a bodybuilding competition. She first started doing this in 2018, and clearly saw results. She tells E! News, "First, I lost about 15 pounds in about six months and that's when I started thinking about competing. So then I actually gained a little weight to increase my muscle. But then I lost more. It took about a year and a half. I wasn't in a rush."
