Out of all the clips BTS shares with fans on their YouTube channel, BangtanTV, their dance practice videos are undeniably some of the best content the group has to offer. Seeing BTS’ epic live performances are amazing already, but seeing the behind-the-scenes action paints their performances in a new perspective. Their choreography is no joke, and the video of BTS’ 2019 “Dionysus” Melon Music Awards dance practice proves it.

On Dec. 3, the group shared the six-minute clip on YouTube. The rehearsal was in anticipation of the group’s Nov. 30 performance at the 2019 Melon Music Awards. The BTS ARMY was so impressed by the performance, since BTS showed off their best moves, vocals, and overall star quality for their nearly 40-minute time slot. Opening with RM’s “Intro: Persona,” before leading into “Boy In Luv,” “Boy With Luv,” and “Mikrokosmos,” the group gave fans a mix of some of their favorite songs.

BTS capped the night with a unique rendition of “Dionysus,” which began with each member showing off their best choreography along to some of BTS’ biggest hits. The performance ended with the group throwing in a few dance breaks along to an EDM remix of “Dionysus” and “N.O.”

Now, weeks after BTS’ breathtaking performance, the group has finally shared their rehearsal footage for “Dionysus.” After you watch it, you’ll find a new appreciation for BTS’ live performances.
