Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers preview video for the week of July 31-August 4 reveals that Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) will realize she’s only got one choice – that is if she wants to keep Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and the life they’re building together.
That’s indeed what Sloan wants, so she’ll change the genetic results for Nicole Walker’s (Arianne Zucker) baby and make it look like EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) is still the bio dad.
However, Sloan will run into some snags since Nicole will find out these results have been in Sloan’s possession.
That’ll leave Nicole suspicious, but Sloan will contend that the hospital accidentally gave them to her.
Sloan may act like she was supposed to be picking up her own genetic testing results and simply got the wrong ones.
Although Sloan will hope she’s in the clear, there’ll be another problem when Nicole blabs to Eric about her results ending up in Sloan’s hands.
Eric will eventually confront Sloan, so she’ll get defensive as she tries to explain away her behavior.
Sloan will probably turn this into a situation where she tries to guilt-trip Eric for not fully trusting her.
Other Days spoilers say Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) will put some puzzle pieces together and call Sloan out for the secret she’s been keeping.
Sloan might try to deny it when Melinda asks if Eric is the father of Nicole’s baby, but Melinda will look like she already knows the truth.
DOOL fans can expect Melinda to taunt Sloan over what she’s figured out, but what will her next move be? Will Melinda resort to using this secret as leverage?
Over with Xander Cook (Paul Telfer), he’ll stun Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) by popping the question. Xander will ask Chloe to marry him out of the blue, so she could easily turn him down.
Since Chloe has been insisting she wants to take things slow, she may remind Xander of that and wonder why he thought this proposal was a good idea.
At the DiMera mansion, Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) will shock everyone at the double wedding by insisting that he can’t let Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) marry Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte).
Nevertheless, Leo will apparently have a change of heart when it comes to how much he actually spills. Days spoilers confirm Dimitri and Gwen will truly get married, so Leo will have to shut up in the end.
At Bayview, Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) will be surprised to see Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva) is a fellow patient.
Since Harris was a total jerk to Eve back in high school, he’ll deliver a heartfelt apology and a plea for forgiveness.
Eve will open up to Harris about everything that’s happened to her since they last saw each other – including losing Paige Larson (True O’Brien) and all the destructive things she did in the aftermath.
Although Eve will admit she always had a knack for revenge, that’s not the point of her latest Days appearance.
It turns out Eve is doing quite well in Bayview, so her interaction with Harris should be cathartic for them both.
Eve will get closure instead of vengeance this time around, so that’ll be a nice twist for her normally vindictive character and good news for Harris, too.
