It has been known for some time that Kenya Moore was displeased with the current state of affairs on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, but while many of her fans suspected that she would just get over the situation eventually, that does not seem to be the case.
If anything, Moore has dug deeper into her current hole, and she is now claiming that she has grown bored of Marlo Hampton in particular.
And in an extension to that, Moore claimed that she would like to see some fresh faces on the show’s set.
It was not clear if she was just referring to new cast members, or if she is interested in seeing some changes in the product line-up as well.
However, Moore has not put any effort into hiding her displeasure in recent months, and this might have been the tipping point for her.
Still, it looks like not many people share her sentiments right now. Others have been quite happy with the show’s progress, especially some of Moore’s colleagues.
Sure, the production has had its ups and downs, but it is currently at one of its most stable levels. It will be interesting to see where things go from here, and whether the showrunners would take Moore’s desires into account.
However, from the looks of it, it seems like most people are just waiting for the “storm” to pass and for Moore to shift her attention in another direction.
Moore also opened up to Wendy Williams about Kandi Burruss and Nene Leakes. She said she is not interested in Leakes’ money because Burruss is the real head b*tch in charge.
She said: “Kandi makes the most money. If I was coming for anybody’s purse and bag, it would be Kandi’s. And Kandi is the HBIC on that show. I’m just a player, I have a nice coin, I love my little bag I take home at night, and it feeds my child very well. I’m not coming for anybody’s money.”
She also revealed why she does not like Leakes: “I like people who are genuine, and I think through the years, I felt like I was a friend once we got over our little hump, and that turned into something different. When I had a high-risk pregnancy … she never once called me, when I did show up, she never checked on my child. She never asked, ‘Is everything okay?’ when she learned I wasn’t going to be on the show. She never said, ‘You okay, girl, you need anything?’ And when she did see me eight months pregnant, she called me a monster, and she said my child was a buffalo, and she was hurling insults.”
Moore told Williams: “That’s your friend. She’s not friends with people – she has allies.”
