Since debuting his first solo single ‘This Town’, Niall has been performing on television and award shows, doing interviews with some incredible people, and preparing for the iHeart Jingle Ball Tour – he is a force to be reckoned with.
Niall gave fans a gorgeous and intimate video to for ‘This Town’ with the tune’s arrival and it was a beautifully done black and white look into recording the incredible song. The lyrics hit home with people all over the world for different reasons and it will continue to resound in their heads and hearts, it’s a wonderful look into Niall’s own beautiful heart. From missing your hometown to missing your first love or simply missing a part of your youth, there’s something for all of us to relate to in the lyrics that sing ‘Everything comes back to you’.
Today, Niall made that even sweeter when he released a lyric video for ‘This Town’ and the lovely little illustrations through the video have totally pulled at our heartstrings. There are people coming together briefly before flowing away from one another, shared embraces followed by a sense of longing, a guitar, a notebook, and a sky full of stars. The video is one of our favorite lyric videos of all time and it’s more personal, more thoughtful, it’s totally Niall.
