Hydravision Entertainment's survival horror video game ObsCure and its sequel ObsCure 2: The Aftermath will hit Steam for Windows PC in early March, developer Mighty Rocket Studios announced recently.

"ObsCure and ObsCure 2 will be available on Steam beginning of March, " the developer tweeted. "Good memories while waiting for the next opus..."

The title first released to North America in 2005 for Windows, PlayStation 2 and Xbox. ObsCure 2: The Aftermath launched in 2008 for Windows PC, PlayStation 2 and Wii, and later PlayStation Portable. Development on the series was put on hold with the closure of Hydravision in 2012, the staff of which went on to form Mighty Rocket Studios.

Mighty Rocket Studios developed a side-scrolling action title spun off the ObsCure series called Final Exam. With the spin-off, the franchise was adapted into a brawler featuring non-linear levels and four-player co-op. It launched on Windows PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation Network last November.
